Our Belief

The core of Muraldo D.C. consist of Born-again Christians from a range of denominations but we have common beliefs.

Statement of Faith

We believe: –

  • In the unity of the Godhead; eternally coexistent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
  • That the Bible is the only inspired Word of God.
  • In Jesus Christ as the only Son of God, His virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father God and personal future return to the earth to receive His Church.
  • In the original sin and subsequent fall of man which alienates him from God.
  • In the necessity for regeneration through repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savour.
  • In the work of the Holy Spirit in illuminating, regenerating, baptising, guiding and empowering the individual and the Church.
  • In the resurrection to eternal life with God for those who have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savour and in eternal damnation to those who have rejected Him.

Our logo represents not only a ‘dance’ in the form of a dancer leaping for the joy of the Lord but a dancer wearing the whole amour of God; the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, shoes of the gospel, the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit, (see the biblical reference included on the logo) which the Lord requests us to do each and everyday to enable us to truly succeed.

The company is written under the logo to emphasis that we also not only see ourselves as a company of dancers but also as a company of soldiers, soldiers for Christ.

“Finally, be strong I the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armour of God so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground and after you have done everything to stand.
Stand firm then with the belt of truth buckled round your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place and you feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.”
